Looking for a game where I can record about an hour of footage meeting these criteria: first-person view, no HUD (or minimal/toggleable HUD), realistic graphics, a snowy location (or a cozy window view of a snowy landscape), and ideally some Christmas decorations.
It's crucial that I can record an hour of cozy winter ambiance without my character dying, taking damage, or getting attacked.
If nothing like that comes to mind, realistic simulators (like Gran Turismo) where you can be in a snowy environment would work as well.

Two games come to mind, but neither fit the bill perfectly, someone else might come along and give a better suggestion.
The long dark with mods: The long dark has loads of winter landscapes, it has survival mechanics but with mods you can probably disable the huds and other elements thanks to mods https://tldmods.net
Another possibility is Halo: the master chief collection, it doesn't have a ton of maps but it has forge mode, in which you can easily film hours of footage from snowy maps, and arrange some decor elements
