So long story short I got Instant Pot Pro (8 QT) back in May 1, 2022 but my inner pot has been burning my food a lot 3 or 4 time this year. It's not like I am doing anything different then before all the same items I use to cook with no problem I even scrap the pan before I set it to cook to make sure nothing is stuck on the bottom. I don't understand how they can still sale the pro and not have parts for it if some one buys a new one today. Food cost way to much $ for it to just burn it and throw it all way.

Do you mean this: https://instantpot.com/products/instant-pot-evo-series-8qt-stainless-steel-inner-pot-with-handles
Yes. I did that and it dose nothing that's when I talk to support they said LOL nope. and I even check e-bay all I see are 6qt pots.
What’s wrong with the pot? It’s pretty thick stainless steel and should last forever. You said inner pot.. are you using two pots? i.e. a second pot inside the main one? If that inner pot is burning you need the metal spacer things between them so they don’t touch. If you’re using one pot and it’s burning then it’s your recipe or your process. There are many foods that tend to burn (ie anything with tomato sauce) those have to be cooked very carefully and layered on the pot before starting.

Yes I put all Tomato sauce on the top I keep all the meat and pasta/shells on the bottom I put the sauce last and when I put water/broth I always pour it on the sides so the sauce dose not get pushed down. I have been doing the same thing for 4 years but this year it just starting to do it. Here is what I was making. https://spicysouthernkitchen.com/instant-pot-creamy-shells-and-beef/
The reason why you are burning food on the bottom may be that you are not using enough liquid. The 8qt Pro needs 2 cups of liquid to get to pressure. A 6 qt only needs 1 1/2 cups or 1 cup depending on model. You need to adjust any recipe with less than 2 cups to allow the 8qt pressure cooker to come to pressure.
