That looks like it would be an absolute bastard to clean. Which means when this gets up to production speed with quotas and so on, they just won't clean it. Congratulations on inventing a new way for us to get a diarrhea parasite!
This is clearly made for canteens and other industrial kitchens which often use pressure washers to clean machines.
Why assume that? I've never worked in a food environment (factory, fast food, several cafes, bakery) that hadn't cleaned everything. If people get ill, you're screwed. The regulations are tight.
Its gotta be in a cold room. So the cleaning doesn't have to be done *as* frequently
