nothing worked for me , tried changing frame rates , replacing multiple footages etc.

Your sequence is only 2 frames long which may be adding to the confusion
uh , i dont know much about it. Do you know how can i change those settings?
Go menu, composition, composition settings and increase the amount of frames you have there. because you only have 2 frames on that comp.
Unfortunately that alone didn't work , i did change it to around 20 seconds but still everything is the same.

For previewing drag sometimes in the a pic or make a solid your composting you need to see something if that nothing happens click on CAPS LOCK and that should fix it. Otherwise it’s something else
