Flavor bombs cherry tomatoes (on the vine) shelf life?

Usually by cherry tomatoes and they go bad within the week. Nobody else eats them. I bought on the vine cherry tomatoes and they lasted like 6 weeks. Is that the norm? They were so fresh and tasteful.
