Its torquing days are over
“So much torque the chassis twisted coming off the line”
So much rust the subframe twisted off the chassis.
"I almost had you!"
That's morbidly impressive.
Scrap that rusted out deathtrap FFS.
Well, for being 14 years old in the saltiest city in Canada, the rust isn't too bad. Body and frame's still solid ;)
I'm betting this is not the only issue here.
Oh god no. Abs light on from bad LF speed sensor, trac light on because the steering angle sensor went bad, front struts making noise, oil pan seeping oil through the rust, transmission pan is about ready to seep, I have to redo the "temporary" wiring repair when she almost caught fire because it's jank, low pressure AC line is broken... Overall, she's doing okay lol
Man you are all torque …. I wanna see this girl pole vault
The rust particles have stopped holding hands. The rod has returned to the earth from which it came.
Tetanussy
Oh, that part was finished long ago
This is the rust that needs to be posted.. Some people around here are clearly not from the Midwest.
This is Eastern Ontario, and boy does this fucking city love it's salt :(

Bro, you're about to do a whole suspension job. Check the ball joints, tie rods, control arms, CV axles might aswell do the brakes (maybe rotors if you need them) while you're there. 14 years might aswell look at tires are you sure you don't want to buy a used car hahaha do the oil and check the other fluids (whole drivetrain). Car may be fine after.
I'm a mechanic's apprentice and I've had the car a year; this car was also one of the shop loaners for a bit until the owner wanted to shuffle it off. I know what I have, what she needs, and what can wait ;) Whenever something in the suspension that needs an alignment after needs replacing, I plan to do control arms, links, swaybar bushings, quick struts, and inner/outer tie rods. Axles are fine for now. I had to do front brakes and a bunch of lines to pass a safety last year, and the rear drums are good. The tires were the finest cheap tires the shop would buy for it: Westlakes! They're reasonable for now, to be replaced next spring. Winter tires would be "okay" to go on but still pretty shitty, plan to get new steels and winter tires when I see snow in the forecast. Fluids are okay, next oil change (after winter) I'll be doing the oil and transmission pans; coolant is fine, brake fluid less than 2 years old. Next week I'll be replacing the cracked AC line and recharging the system because my wife has been sweating me about that ;) All of this and other stuff is still well below the cost of a new to me car. I pay cost of parts, and the labour is my own. Excluding tires and rims, I wouldn't be paying more than a grand for all of it. The used market is such a fucking mess that yea it's worth it lol
It was never there to begin with.
Yeah I wonder why 🤣
This cinematography has horror movie vibes
Is your name Terry by chance?
