I saw someone comment on a friend’s instagram story. The picture was of her and i’m assuming her dad, from behind and in front of them is the sea. Theyre a little high up, and theres trees below them as well. The comment reads “땜쵼❤️❤️“ and I can’t find an answer on google so I’m guessing it’s slang?

It isn't a fixed slang term, it's just the way that person chose to say 삼촌(uncle) in a cutesy, baby-talk kind of way.(aegyo) People don't normally say it in everyday conversation but it fits the vibe in that kind of social media context.
