I blame her father for that he always was an asshole and never talked about his wife to his daughters so they could remember their mother and honestly I don’t even think he even had any pictures of her either because if he ever loved his daughters he wouldn’t have treated them the way he did I think God that he woke up and realized after losing his brother and his nephew that he needed to be more of a decent man and he started acting less of a cold bastard and more like a kind generous person he’s a good grandfather and is becoming a better father to his daughters
