You can also file a complaint to HR. You know it’s happening, you know they’re trying to rug sweep it, you know they’re trying to make the one who reported it look like the problem. Don’t let them. Become the second squeaky wheel. Make sure other female coworkers know that if they’ll try to cover this up, if anything happens to them, they’ll try to cover that up too.
