Have you considered the Hang Tight quilts? They are pretty cheap and well made. Mom and pop Etsy shop. https://www.hangtightshop.com
Hey all, been checking ulgeartrade and facebook daily trying to score a decent deal on a used quilt or bag, but I’m getting nowhere and kinda over it. I’m seriously considering just copping an Ice Flame quilt so I can finally be done looking. For anyone who’s used one, is this the method lol or am I gonna regret not holding out for a used drop? Is the temp rating legit or should I just keep waiting?

I got one and am pretty happy with it. Only used it for one Week till now, though
I have been happy with mine. It's a great value and great product.
I’ve never heard of Ice Flame till this post. Interesting company. They ripped off Hyperlite’s logo which is sad. I checked out some of their quilts and the specs seem pretty legit. \~12-13oz down fill for a 30 degree quilt is pretty much on the money. If you want to buy from China and trust the company to be who/what they say that’s up to you. Another option in that price range and has a really solid reputation in the UL community is Neve Gear out of Australia. The Waratah quilt is highly regarded.
I have a 0 degree bag and a 20 degree quilt. Iceflame is the way!
You should cop that so hard. Cop it and never stop copping. Please come back and tell us all what you cop next.

Too many players here gonna cop out
I have one. Used it in the Pyranees for probably 10 nights total now. I don’t remember the rating off the top of my head but it is one of the baffled ones. No complaints at all. It’s a bag full of feather, pretty hard to get wrong!
Have used mine in -5⁰C weather and it kept me very warm. Model SD400 NXT with 100g extra down
I'm a big proponent of the used market, but I'll admit, if you're limiting your selection set to only the product produced by a specific manufacturer - especially someone niche - you're better off paying full price.
I got one of their summer quilts in a tall size with the 100g overfill. It weighs a few grams over 500g and its a pretty decent summer bag personally feel comfortable at 45ish as a cold sleeper. I've been happy with mine but I kinda wish I got their standard 3 season quilt though might pick one up down the line and just double up if I ever go winter camping.
