Hello! Im an AuDHD MtF Teenager
I wanna say, that Im interested in so many things but I cant bring myself to learn about them or research about the topic. Maybe I am more depressed then usual but its been going on since I am 9 years old (currently 15, almost 16, my birthday is days away).
As an example: The history of trams in my city (I love trams sm!!) A few animals which I find rlly interesting The lore of my current fav game (Wuthering Waves) Organic chemistry
I wanna learn about these topics and more but I literally cant bring myself to do it. I want to so badly.
Also I love writing because I think my handwriting is beautiful, so I could like write down everything and make it aesthetically pleasing.
I dont wanna spend my whole day doomscrolling. I have 5 more weeks of summer holidays (4 out of 9 already finished) and I cant do it anymore, Im so bored every single day.
Please help!

If you doomscroll a lot, just follow accounts based around your interests! That is how I started learning BSL, how I stayed interested in microbiology in the gap between exams and uni, and it makes doomscrolling less depressing!
I have days where I doomscroll alot, like today because today was a very boring day. On other days, I only doomscroll 30mins a day
Maybe watch long format videos and documentaries on YT about it. That’s how I followed a few of my special interest without doing real research
