I tried to make a nice retopology of my face, and I thought it looked great, but as soon as I subdivise the mesh there are those pinches at the corner of the lips. I don't know what to do, even moving the vertices around doesn't remove that, idk the lips look weird

well, I don't see anything wrong, you're talking fine
well for example if we look at this submission, they don't seem to have a pinch around the lips, they go smoothly to the cheeks while I have a vertical line instead (that is more visible from the side view I think)
You are relying to much on the subdivision surface. Your mesh doesn't have enough resolution. The best advice I can give you the following. At a glance, your low poly and your high poly should be indistinguishable from each other. Subdivision surface only smooths up the mesh a litte bit.
