Play: the Bb Octave like you normally do; 2 on F; 1 on Bb, then 5 on that Bb The repeated note (Bb here) should be played first with thumb then pinky. This is common in piano music when you move across the keyboard in octaves. The repeated note is an opportunity to switch fingers. Switching fingers on the repeated note gives you access to other "octaves" (also called "registers" or "octave registers") Also, switching fingers on repeated notes is recommended in general. But whenever you see a repeated note, ask yourself whether you should use a different finger for the repeated note in order to set up a new hand position.
