These Terms govern access to SubRead at www.subread.online. By using the service you agree to them. If a translation conflicts with the English text, the English text controls.

Agreement

By accessing or using SubRead you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

SubRead is a learning-oriented reader and tools around public Reddit-style content and language practice. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn at any time.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping sign-in credentials secure. You may delete your account in the app; we may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.

Third-party content

Posts and comments come from third parties (including Reddit). We do not control that content and do not guarantee accuracy, legality, or suitability. Your use of Reddit is also subject to Reddit’s terms and policies.

AI features

Explanations and chat replies are generated by automated systems and may be incomplete or incorrect. They are for language learning only—not professional advice.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse SubRead: no unlawful activity, no attempts to disrupt or scrape the service in a way that harms us or others, no abuse of AI endpoints, and no infringement of others’ rights.

Donations and payments

Optional support payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Unless required by law, donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable once processed by the provider.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Courts in Delaware shall have jurisdiction for disputes, without prejudice to mandatory rights to bring claims in your country of residence where required by law.
